ALABAMA STATE UNIVERSITY

The Golf Diversity Program visited Alabama State University in February 2023 during the Spring Kickoff Classic collegiate golf tournament. Held in Montgomery, Alabama, the event brought together more than 100 student-athletes and coaches from 13 Historically Black Colleges and Universities for an evening focused on connection and career exploration within the game.

Led by Peter Jacobsen, the Career Conversation featured a Q&A-style discussion with industry professionals, offering participants the opportunity to hear firsthand insights into careers in golf and engage directly with leaders across the industry.
