PRAIRIE VIEW A&M UNIVERSITY

The Golf Diversity Program hosted a Career Day in 2024 for the men’s and women’s golf teams at Prairie View A&M University. Held at Sand Hill Farm in Waller, Texas, the event brought student-athletes together for a day focused on career exploration, industry insight, and on-course development.

Led by Peter Jacobsen, the program featured a series of Q&A sessions and small group discussions with industry professionals, followed by a hands-on instructional clinic. Peter and swing coach Jim Hardy worked directly with student-athletes on the driving range, offering guidance and individualized feedback, and remained on-site for open practice and continued instruction.
