ALABAMA STATE UNIVERSITY

In March 2026, The Golf Diversity Program returned to Montgomery, Alabama during Alabama State University’s Spring Kickoff Tournament. The event, held at Arrowhead Country Club, brought together more than 100 student-athletes and coaches from Historically Black Colleges and Universities for an evening centered on conversation, connection, and opportunity in the game.

Hosted by Peter Jacobsen, the evening created meaningful opportunities for students to hear from industry leaders, build connections and expand their understanding of what a future in golf could look like.
